I am so glad I ran into Neil at an open house and decided to work with him. As a first time home buyer I needed someone to guild me thoroughly through the process in this crazy SF real estate market. I can honestly say that this was easy, like really easy, unlike any of the stories any of my friends have about buying a house here. Neil was knowledgeable, patient, super responsive, and had all the contacts needed to accomplish our goals. He introduced me to a mortgage lender and we received a fantastic rate, he had a trusted inspector complete the inspection of our house (the inspector spent 4 hours at our house and went over every detail with us) and when we told Neil that we wanted to do some work in the bathrooms & kitchen, he arranged for 3 different contractors to come to our home and provide a quote. The moment I mentioned an idea/need, Neil was on it. He checked in with me via text (I told him that I hate talking on the phone) every step of the way. He'd remind me where we were at in the process, provide time-frames for the next step, ask me how things were going, follow up to make sure I'd received quotes from the different contractors, contacted those contractors when I didn't hear back, he took care of it all. He really acted on my behalf every step of the way. Since I've purchased the home we did hire a contractor he connected us with, Neil reached out to find out how things were going. He took the time to answer my elementary questions about renovation over the phone. Working with Neil was top notch. I always felt that I had someone on my "team" looking out for my best interest. Oh, and I'll tell you that he negotiated a reimbursement back to us from the seller when we were pretty sure that it was an impossibility. Kudos to Neil. I highly recommend working with Neil. He's very easy to communicate with and has an uncanny ability to understand what your needs are before you even know yourself. Thanks for everything Neil.
